Vacation Rental Description

Peņamar Ocean Club is a new gated community with 24/7 security. The spacious apartment is located at 
the top of the development with a spectacular ocean view. Vieques, Culebra and Palomino Islands can 
be seen. It is beatifully decorated. Completly furnished with living room, receiving area, dinning 
room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and balcony. It has a queen size bed in the master 
room, a full size sofabed in the second room and a two bunk beds  with four twin beds in the third 
room. Each bedroom has air conditioning. There is also a playpen for a small child. All the kitchen 
appliances are stainless steel. There are only two apartments per floor with elevator. Cable TV, DVD 
and music system. Towels and linens are provided. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

New development. Three swimming pools (one is an infinity pool, another with a water slide and the 
third shaped as a sailboat) , fully equiped gym, sauna, walking or jogging trail, gazebo, lighted 
basket and tennis courts. Beaches, shopping centers, food courts, restaurants, rainforest, golf, 
catamarans and ferries to Vieques, Culebra and St. Thomas. Great snorkling, kayaking, boating and 
bioluminicent bay just minutes away.
