Out the back door is the Chippawa National Forest for trail riding,
hunting, walking, X-country ski, 4-wheeling, etc. Sleeps 10 - 12.
Faces West for the gorgeous sunset view. You will want to stay
forever. Wild life galore.
(Close to get to the Soo Line Trail for snowmobile and 4-
wheeling.

Enjoy tranquility at a peaceful lake of 20 miles of lake which
connects to 3 other lakes. You will be able to walk out the back door
and be walking distance into the Chippawa National Forest, 15 minutes
from Longville, MN, 45 minutes from Walker, and enjoy shopping,
hunting, 4-wheeling, fishing, snow shoe, x-country ski, water ski,
walking, and much more. There is a boat access across the lake or at
the property.

The Lodge was built in 1984. It has 23' high vaulted ceilings in the
great room and an open foor plan so people in the kitchen can still
be part of the festivities. The fireplace is split rock and
the loft overlooks the great room.

One bedroom down and two bedrooms up. Large entry area for another
sleeping area. Bunk Beds in the garage/living area.

The Lodge is a 2-story walkout with a brick deck surrounding lodge
and another off the Master Bedroom. Lower bedroom has a huge king
bed. The two upper bedrooms have Queen sized beds and plenty of
closet space. Tub bath on one bathroom and shower in the other
bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with normal
necessities including seasonings.

A large washer and dryer are also in the lower level to make your
stay more convenient. Also, for the fisherman in your group, the
lower level also has a huge wash tub for fish cleaning and a counter
in garage area as well.

There is a dock facing west which you can enjoy the sun rise or the
sunsets. There is also comfortable outdoor furniture as well.

All check-in and check out times are noon. MN Sales Tax to be added
to cost.

There is a non-refundable reservation fee of 20% of the rental amount
during the peak season and 50% of the rental amount during the off
peak season. This is due at time of reservation. There is a
damage deposit due of $350 due with booking date.

New this year is availability of an ice fishing package for $250.00
which includes a portable fish house, auger, jig sticks, ice fishing
rods, tackle and misc ice fishing supplies.

No smoking inside the lake home please.

Minnesota sales tax applies.
