The appartment and location are perfect. The view on the ocean is amazing. I will rent again this appartment anytime. Also the staffs of the building are very nice. Thank you David for everything !!

Great Location, Great Property, Great Vacation

We had a great/relaxing/fun vacation here. This apartment is fabulous - as good or better than the pictures on the listing - very clean and spacious, and right in the middle of South Beach so there is no need for a car. Great views of the water and beach and ocean drive, but suprisingly quiet, so you can get some rest too. All that South Beach has to offer (the beach, restaurants, night life, wild/fun people, etc..) is within steps of this property. The owners and property manager were very helpful and could not have been nicer. Thanks for a great stay. We'll be back!

Our March 2011 South Beach Vacation

The apartment was great--beautiful views of the beach, comfy furniture and a nice fridge and kitchen. The unit also has a washer/dryer and the building and elevator have key card only access for extra security (not that you need it, I found this area to feel extremely safe).

The building location on South Beach is great. Really you couldn't not ask for a better spot. Walk right across the street and you are in Lummus Park. A few more steps and you are on one of, if not the, most beautiful beaches in America. Abundant shopping and dining options are nearby within easy walking distance, including a number of small grocery stores.

The transaction with the unit owner was super easy. He faxed us an agreement, we signed it, and the charges were billed to our credit card in two installments as agreed upon. Checking in and out was easy and everything was ready to go when we arrived. We had a fantastic time and would definitely rent this unit again.

Recommended for: sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway
