Vacation Rental Description

This new exquisite beach home(2004)sits directly adjacent to the  
eastern edge of Seaside with porches and windows providing  
spectacular views of the gulf and the community of Seaside.  This  
luxury four story beach home was built and decorated to rival the  
best vacation homes along scenic 30A . You will be delighted  
with the many extras found here.  The ground floor features an  
efficiency bedroom with queen Murphy bed, full bath, plus a loft  
area with king-loft bed for kids to young adults.  The second floor  
includes three bedrooms with bathrooms- king bedroom, queen bedroom,  
and bunk room which has two sets of adult size bunkbeds.  On the  
third floor there is another queen bedroom with full bath, spacious  
great room with full custom kitchen and large living/dining room.   
The elevator stops at these three floors and also takes you to the  
fourth floor tower room which has a granite coctail bar   
encircling the room.  Relax at the end of the day with a glass of  
wine as you enjoy the incredible sunsets and gulf views from the  
wide porches on every level.  Seaside is right outside your front  
door; beach 100 yards away; three car parking on dead end, safe,  
private street (Cypress Hill Rd) which is adjacent to Roberts Way in  
Seaside; oversize carport; large heated pool with spa (pool and spa  
heated for modest addl. charge); fireplace in living  
room; Sat to Sat weekly rental.  For larger group rent sister  
property, Azure Leisure, our blue home right next door.
