Welcome to Casa Kenwal,your private beach front vacation retreat! 
 
Open floor plan with large windows facing the incredible ocean views 
and breezes.  Large air conditioned kitchen is well equipped for your 
cooking needs. Dining includes 4 barstools at the kitchen island and a 
large dining table that seats 8. The living area features comfortable 
furniture and television with satellite television. A first floor 
half-bath completes the first floor common area.   
 
Each bedroom features a deluxe mattresses, custom furniture made from 
local woods,  ensuite baths with seperat air conditioning unit to 
please everyone. The first floor bedroom features a queen bed and 
private bath. The second floor features three additional bedrooms: One 
bedroom features a King bed, loundging area, full bath and a half 
bath. One of two oceanfront bedrooms features a king bed, private 
bath, and terrace. The other features a double bed, private bath, and 
terrace. 
 
The outside of this attractive home offers lots of amenities to enjoy 
the best of oceanfront living. A large, covered terrace buy the pool 
and private beach area overlooking our protected coral reef, the 
second largest in the world .  
 
Casa Kenwal is situated on a corner lot and surrounded by a lovely 
flagstone wall for increased privacy and easy walk our town square. 
 
Your discrete host Eva & Ricardo on site caretakers can provide you 24 
hour emergency  services in English, daily maid services and can 
assist you in you booking your tours, best restaurant or order in your 
private chef to cook up local specialties .
