Vacation Rental Description

Valley View Farm is a beautifully restored gentleman's farm at the end of a mile long road (no  
traffic), and  is surrounded by hundreds of acres of rolling cherry & apple orchards & vineyards.  
Although secluded and private, it is minutes away from the coastal village of Suttons Bay and Lake  
Michigan, and only 20 minutes from Traverse City. 
The new kitchen is a gourmet's delight with a Viking range, stainless appliances, marble countertops,  
wet bar, wine fridge & fully stocked with all the cooking accoutrements (Cuisinart, china,  
glassware, etc.) 
French doors from the kitchen lead to a patio with Weber gas grill, and picnic table under the trees  
next to the gardens. A Fire Pit is surroundeded by Adirondack chairs, just right for preparing  
S'Mores. The hammock under the giant trees is a great place for an afternoon nap. 
The gorgeous front porch is a perfect place to end the day while sipping your favorite beverage and  
gazing at the apple orchard, while the back porch features a view of vineyards. 
This property is beautiful at any time of the year.From Spring hikes, to relaxing in front of the  
fireplace after a day of x country skiing and snowman building, this property has it all. 
Kids will love exploring the area, sledding, nature walks, biking, x country skiing & snowshoeing  
out the door. 
This estate is beautifully furnished,with comfortable beds and lovely linens, stocked with games &  
the comforts of life.

Vacation Rental Rates

May 17-Sept. 08, 2007 .............. $1,800/wk  (Saturday to Saturday) 
Weeks of July 4 & Cherry Festival .. $2,200/wk 
Holidays-$300.00 per night, 3 night minimum 
Sept.16, 2008 through May 16, 2009...... $1,500.00 per week  
Weddings are negotiable 
$1000.00 rental deposit, and $1,000.00 security deposit required at signing of agreement 
Balance is dur 30 days prior to rental. 
Cancellation policy: Will cancel if another party is able to book + 
$100.00 penalty. 
Security Deposit refundable within 7 nts of departure
