with tropical, Southwest Florida flair. Here you'll find your own private beach, beautiful, in-
ground heated pool, jacuzzi, awesome fishing, a fabulous on-site restaurant (Flippers), and amazing
wildlife viewing. There is also free WiFi in the lobby for those who need to stay connected.

This one bedroom, one bath condo sleeps a maximum of 4 persons. The living area consists of a full,
completely equipped kitchen, dining area, and views that will leave you breathless. The living
room is equipped with a TV and queen size pull out sleeper sofa. Rest peacefully on the king size
pillow top mattress in the master bedroom. Or watch a late night movie on the in-room TV.

Enjoy the incredible views of Estero Bay, Fort Myers Beach, and Lovers Key beach from your balcony.
You'll find it hard to pull yourself away from the sites and sounds. Watch the dolphins play, the
manatees swim by, the boats and birds, or the stillness of the mangrove islands. There's always
something to see across the miles of viewing area for you to take in.


Just across the bridge is the south end of Ft. Myers beach. You can take the trolley into downtown
Ft. Myers beach or drive to the many restaurants and quaint shops less than a mile away. Bonita
Beach is less than 5 miles away offering more beautiful beaches and many restaurants.

handle everything for you from buying groceries, picking up theatre tickets, to arranging an in-
house massage. We also offer special occasion items to be waiting for you or that special loved
one, upon arrival. Fresh floral arrangements, fruit baskets, specialty cakes and pastries are all
available. In addition, we have a full rental department for those things you may have forgotten,
or don't want to bring with you. Baby items, cribs, high chairs, etc., along with golf clubs,
kayaks, bikes, Playstation game centers, are just a few of the items for the asking. We deliver
everything to you for your arrival and pick it up upon your departure.

10% discount for four weeks consecutive rental. All stays over two weeks include
weekly cleaning and final clean up. Arrival and departure days of the week are
