Vacation Rental Description

This is a new beautifully built custom home with all new designer furniture.  The house has an open 
floorplan that is approximately 3100 square feet with large architectural windows throughout. The 
living/dining room has a large rock fireplace that opens into the gourmet kitchen.  The dining room 
has a beautiful cherrywood table that seats 12 comfortably. The kitchen has two dishwashers, 2 sinks, 
2 ovens, granite counters, and a large center island that is great for entertaining.  Everything in 
the kitchen is new including dishes, pots and pans, silverware and all the small appliances.  There 
is also a fantastic great room with a pool table,  foos ball table, kitchen/bar area, plasma tv, 
stereo with ipod dock and surround sound.

The house has 4 bedrooms.  Two of the bedrooms are master suites with private baths. The third 
bedroom has 2 twins, and the 4th bedroom has 2 sets of bunks. The great room has a queen sleeper sofa 
bed.  The house sleeps 10-12 comfortably.  

The house has a laundry/mud room with a new washer/dryer.  There is also an oversized 2 car garage 
that is perfect for a suburban.  The front and backyard have been professionally landscaped and 
completely fenced. The backyard has a BBQ, hot tub, outdoor table and stereo speakers, and a sandbox 
great for children.  
     

Vacation Rental Amenities

The house has a Jacuzzi Tub in the master suite, a Hot Springs Jacuzzi Spa in the backyard, 4 
televisions with cable, 3 DVD Players, 2 Stereo Systems with Ipod Docks,  DirecWay Satellite Dish for 
high speed internet access for multiple computers, a Security System, Pool Table, and a Foos Ball 
Table. 

Activities and Attractions

The house is located two blocks from the lake with public beach access.  There are also great hiking 
and mountain   biking trails, plus cross country skiing that is walking distance from the house. Tahoe 
City is 2 miles away with great restaurants, and shopping.  Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Northstar 
Ski Resorts are a 15 minute drive.  In the summer there is also rafting, boating, fishing, golf, 
casinos and miniature golf and many other fun activities.

Presidents Day & Labor Day           500/night (3 night minimum)
There is a $1000 Reservation/Security Deposit required not applied to rent.  There is also a $175 
cleaning fee (including linens), and a 10% Placer County Occupancy Tax. 50% of rent due to secure 
reservation, and balance due 30 days prior to arrival date.  Security deposit returned after 
inspection of property, and return of garage opener and keys.
