Vacation Rental Description

This unit is still available for the Florida Spiny Lobster Sport Season, July 30 & 31, 2008.


This condo unit is in a four-plex building.  Two units up and two units down.  This unit is an upper 
level unit w/ample parking in front and space for your boat out back at the dock.  
This property is located on a canal with access to the Atlantic or Florida Bay.

Ceiling fans in each room.  A large screened porch is off the living room and the back yard gets 
plenty of afternoon sun. Great kitchen and appliances and a laundry room with full size washer 
and dryer.  

Walk, drive, or bike to Sombrero Beach and the local Entertainment & Shopping District or enjoy 
miles of walking, jogging or biking trails bordering the property. Visit and swim with the dolphins 
at the nearby Dolphin Research Center, walk to the Crane Hammock nature preserve & Keys history 
museum, or experience the thrill of world class sport fishing.

This is a very comfortable home for families with fishing available right off the dock.

utensils, pots/pans, air conditioning, cable TVs (3), VCR/DVD players (3), all linens and Charcoal

Bedrooms include twin and full beds in front bedroom and twin and queen beds in the rear; also 
includes a queen sleeper sofa in living area.
Computer and High Speed Internet available in unit.

waters where you can reef dive within 5-7 miles from shore.  Some of the World's Finest Fishing 
Grounds for Sailfish, Mahi-Mahi, Tuna, Tarpon, Marlin, Grouper, Snapper, Bonefish and many others!
 
Our pristine waters are our main natural resource and are part of the National Marine Sanctuary, 
designed to protect North America’s only living coral reef. For divers, our beautiful reefs are home 
to numerous tropical fish and marine wildlife. For fishermen, Marathon offers deep sea fishing in 
the Atlantic Ocean, as well as flats and back country fishing in the Gulf of Mexico.

Weekly Rental: $750/Week + 11.5% sales tax + $80 cleaning fee
Total Weekly rental: $916.25
Lobster Sport Dive Week Rental: $900 + tax + $80 cleaning fee
Total Weekly Rental for Lobster Sport Dive Week: $1083.50
MASTERCARD AND VISA ACCEPTED ($7.50 credit card fee)

Hurricane Policy: Should there be a mandatory evacuation for a hurricane while renters are in the 
property, that portion of the rental days that were not used will be reimbursed.
