This unit is an Upper Level unit w/ample parking in front and space for your boat out back at the dock (photo shows boat in unit slip).
This property is located on a canal with access to the Atlantic or Florida Bay.

Visit and swim with the dolphins at the nearby Dolphin Research Center, walk to the Crane Hammock nature preserve & Keys history museum, or experience the thrill of world class sport fishing.

Hurricane Policy: Should there be a mandatory evacuation for a hurricane while renters are in the property, that portion of the rental days that were not used will be reimbursed or rescheduled.
