sits on top of a hill with a great view of the Tennessee countryside yet is secluded with forest.
30 acres are at your dispense for hiking, playing, flying kites & swimming. There is a 75' long
back porch on the hilltop view side of the house. Additional property area available for horseback
riding which can be arranged. The property is also used as a gourmet getaway so catering service is
available for an additional charge. You can be in downtown Nashville in one hour or in Memphis in a
little over 2 hours. The property is 20 miles to the Loretta Lynn Ranch and 20 minutes to lakes and
the three rivers. The area is very popular for both hunting and fishing. The contemporary ranch
style home is very comfortable and has destination themed bedrooms.

Rates are $350 per night with a 3 night min.
Weekly Rates for up to 10 guests are $2000.00 per week
Weekend only rate (Friday 3:00-Monday noon) $400.00 per night
November-March Rate discount. Some dates in December not available. Please inquire.
Extra rates for food service, concierge service, airport transportatin, shopping service and other
planned events for guests.
