This is a two+++++ million dollar house, built in 2006. 1st time as a vacation rental!! Perfect with
lots of rooms for extended family, and or friends, to share at 3800 Square Feet.
It is across the street from the ocean, with
magnifcent views, and great access to the beach.
4 bedroom, 5 1/2 bathrooms. Every bedroom is a suite, with it's own bathroom.
Large Family room and kitchen. This is a family type home, and we request that if you are big party
people, please do not inquire. We want to respect our neighbors, and noisy Party type renters are
not acceptable.
If you are planning an event in the area; IE, a wedding, reunion, graduation or other event,
please do not use the house as a hospitality house. Only registered guests are allowed to use the pool,spas, and house.
