Vacation Rental Description

This is a two+++++ million dollar house, built in 2006. 1st time as a vacation rental!! Perfect with 
lots of rooms for extended family, and or friends, to share  at 3800 Square Feet. 
It is across the street from the ocean, with 
magnifcent views, and great access to the beach.
4 bedroom, 5 1/2 bathrooms. Every bedroom is a suite, with it's own bathroom. 
Large Family room and kitchen. This is a family type home, and we request that if you are big party 
people, please do not inquire. We want to respect our neighbors, and noisy Party type renters are 
not 
acceptable.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Pool, jacuzzi, roof deck with patio furniture, large balcony with built-in barbecue, patio 
furniture, 
off the familyroom/kitchen. Traventine and bamboo flooring throughout. Plasma t.v. in family room, 
all Thermador appliances. Quality mattresses, air conditioning. I think you can tell by the pictures 
that this is a very complete house. Security Alarm, DSL wireless internet access

Activities and Attractions

Swimming, Surfing, Snorkeling, Kayaking, Fishing, Boating, Legoland, Disneyland, SeaWorld, Zoo, Wild 
Animal Park, Shopping. Carlsbad Village is a 15 minute walk with restaurants, antique shops, and 
many 
other treasures. Carlsbad Beach was voted one of the top 10 family beaches in the U.S.

Summer: $5000.00 Weekly
Off season: $2800.00 Weekly
Holiday weeks at a higher rate.
Security Deposit: $1000.00
Cleaning Fee: $125.00
