Vacation Rental Description

This is an older cottage right on the ocean, that is clean, well maintained, updated furniture, and 
a very nice yard,that goes right into the ocean. The neighborhood is not a tourist area at all, so if 
you are looking for night life, this is not the place. There are grocery stores close by, but it is 
30 minutes to Wikiki, and 20 to the airport, so you will need a car.
It is small, and the neighbors are close, so we would appreciate quiet people. 
It is children friendly, with a fenced-in yard. Hawaii is not to happy with short term rentals, so we 
want renters that are 
not going to party, disturb the neighbors, or bring negative attention in any way. It is nice for 
families with young children. It is a very relaxing, beautiful, and quiet area. You have views of 
Honolulu, Wikiki, and Diamond Head, and the beautiful ocean right outside the door.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Washer/Dryer,nice large deck,  Air conditioning in the bedrooms. Queen bed, 2 twin, and a full futon. 
All kitchen 
items, 
and Linnens are supplied.
Patio table and chairs, charcole barbecue, deck, beach chairs, outside shower. T.v. Dvd, video, and 
phone. Internet is dialup, sometimes wireless.

Activities and Attractions

Swimming, but there is no lifeguard anywhere close. Snorkeling, Fishing, Kayaking, and Relaxing.
North Shore is 30 minutes away. Wiakiki 30 minutes, Pearl Harbor 15 minutes. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates from  $800. to $1200. depending on time of year
Cleaning fee:  $85.00
Deposit: $500.
