Ocean Front Cottage at Ewa Beach in Ewa Beach

This is an older cottage right on the ocean, that is clean, well
maintained, updated furniture, and
a very nice yard,that goes right into the ocean. The neighborhood is
not a tourist area at all, so
if
you are looking for night life, this is not the place. There are
grocery stores close by, it is
30 minutes to Waikiki, and 20 to the airport, so you will need a car.
It is small, and the neighbors are close.
It is children friendly, with a fenced-in yard. Hawaii is not to
happy with short term rentals, so
we
want renters that are
not going to,  bring negative
attention in any way. It is nice for
families with young children. It is a very relaxing, beautiful, and most of the time a quiet area. You have views of
Honolulu, Wikiki, and Diamond Head, and the beautiful ocean right
outside the door.

Washer/Dryer,nice large deck, Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Queen bed, 2 twin, and a full
futon.
Full kitchen, stove/oven, refridgerator, dishwasher, small appliances
and Linnens are supplied.
Patio table and chairs, charcole barbecue, deck, beach chairs,
outside shower. T.v. Dvd, video, and
phone. Internet is wireless.

Swimming, but there is no lifeguard anywhere close. Snorkeling,
Beach combing, beach waling, tide pools, Fishing, Kayaking, and Relaxing.
North Shore is 30 minutes away. Waikiki 30 minutes, Pearl Harbor 15
minutes. Airport 20 minutes

Rates from $1100. to $1500. depending on time of year, amount of people, Holidays slightly higher.
