Vacation Rental Description

Bajamar is a gated golf resort community located 50 miles south of  
Tijuana, 25 miles south of Rosarito and 18 miles north of Ensenada.   
There are tennis courts and swimming pools nearby.  The house is a  
two story Spanish villa.  Four bedrooms. 4 queen size beds and 4 twin 
beds. 
Will sleep 8-10.

  Two patios - Charcoal BBQ - Fireplaces inside and out.  
  The address is 1054 Mission Todos Santos.  
  Bajamar is a residential community, and as such, certain noise  
restrictions apply.  No loud music or talking after 10 pm.  If  
security is called, there is a $200.00 fine payable on the spot.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully equipped kitchen.  All linens and towels.  Fireplace in living  
room and upstairs bedroom.  Two outdoor fireplaces. Close to swimming  
pool and tennis courts.  Clubhouse with restaurant,pro shop, phone,  
and shopping.

Activities and Attractions

On resort site, there are swimming pools, tennis courts, and 27 hole  
golf course.  Nearby you will find horseback riding, beaches, many  
restaurants and  shopping in Ensenada or Rosarito Beach

Vacation Rental Rates

$250.00 per weekday 
$300.00 per weekend nite and holidays 
Holidays 3 nite minimum 
One nite rental due within 10 days of making reservation to confirm  
reservation. Deposit is non refundable.  If reservation cancelled 
within 20 days of rental date - no refunds.
