Lakeside Mediterranean Villa in Flagstaff

This Spanish/Mediterranean style home, sits on over 1 acre and is
over 5,300 square feet. This
luxurious home has a formal dining room and sitting room. The master
bedroom is on the main level
and has a large master bath with jacuzzi tub. The enormous kitchen
is fully stocked and has an
informal eating area. During the summer you can enjoy coffee on one
of the covered or uncovered
patio areas or enjoy the hot tub while looking at the lake or
watching the elk graze nearby. This
private villa is a perfect spot for enjoying our beautiful Flagstaff
summers,and winters.

Washer, dryer, linens/cooking utensils provided. Oversized garage,
ample off-street parking, gas
fireplace, central heating. T.V. VCR, DVD, fully furnished kitchen,
hot tub, covered and open patio
areas. Beautiful landscaped yard. Master bedroom has a king size
bed, second downstairs bedroom has
queen size bed. Single bed in library area. Upstairs loft area has
a double bed, second bedroom
has 1 double bed and third bedroom has 2 double beds. Two very large
living rooms, one formal and
one for more casual entertaining. 2 large dining areas with large
tables that seat 10 each.

Hiking, biking, golf, trails very close by. Near shopping and
museums, movie theatre. Close to
great restaurants. About 1 hour from the Grand Canyon and less than
45 minutes from the beautiful
red rocks of Sedona. Flagstaff has great family activities going on
almost every weekend, a
wonderful summer climate.

Nightly: $350.00 to $450.00 per night(3 night minimum)

Weekly: $2,000 to $3,000 (based on number of guests)

Non-refundable cleaning deposit of $150.00
