Villas at Bayside are fully and exquisitely furnished, have modern, top-of-the-line appliances and
TV's, and each has its own bar and whirlpool. New central air conditioning keeps the villa cool, and
cable, telephone, and high-speed internet are included. There is a large pool in front of the
villas, and the beach is literally just steps beyond that.
There is a regional airport less than 4 miles away, which receives flights from Juan Santamaria
International in San Jose. One can get to Bayside by car, taking a ferry across the Gulf of Nicoya.
This ferry ride is inexpensive and enjoyable, and a brand-new ferry was added to the fleet this year.

Activities at Bayside are limited only by one's imagination. Golfing is a favorite pastime at
Bayside, followed by swimming, surfing, boating, fishing, hiking, canopy tours, bird watching, and
more. Several national parks, quaint towns, and tourist activities are located nearby.
