Vacation Rental Description

Our recently renovated, Civil War-era house sits on a knoll overlooking Keuka Lake, on the East 
side, with a stunning view of the lake, the bluff and the hills beyond, especially at sunset. 

We have 120 feet of private beach with a dock and an excellent swimming area. (Keuka is known as one 
of the warmest of the Finger Lakes.) The beach is accessible across a narrow road that is perfect 
for biking or walking. 

The house is large, nearly 2,000 square feet. We just added two bathrooms as well as a laundry area. 
The very well-equipped kitchen is modern with a new dishwasher as well as a UV water filter and 
garbage disposal. 

There are three good-sized bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, including a 225-square-foot master 
bedroom. All three bedrooms have lake views as well as air conditioners. There is a full bed in one, 
a queen plus a convertible sofa in the second, and two twin beds plus a full futon in the third.

The den downstairs can be closed off and has a convertible sofa. There is a new half bath on the 
first floor.

The front of the house is a covered porch. There is also a covered flagstone patio off the driveway. 
The house sits on nearly an acre of land with a small creek on one side as well as a swing set.

The house was known in the past as "Lakespell Main Cottage." The house next door -- "Lakespell 
Reunion House" -- can be booked separately through this website for multiple-family vacations.
