Beautiful House/Beach, Stunning View, $250 weekends! in Keuka Lake

Our recently renovated, Civil War-era house sits on a knoll overlooking Keuka Lake, on the East side, with a stunning view of the lake, the bluff and the hills beyond, especially at sunset.

We offer great offseason rates for our 4-season house.  From Dec. 1 - March 15, we offer non-holiday weekends for just $250 for two people, $350 for larger groups.  With many local wineries open on weekends through the winter, this is a great opportunity for a quick get-away.  The cleaning fee includes linen service, so it’s like being able to have an entire B & B to yourself!  A full non-holiday week is just $750 -- with our high-speed internet, our house is great for someone who wants to get away to work on a project or just to read and rest. 

We have 120 feet of shore with a private beach, dock and an excellent swimming area. (Keuka is known as one of the warmest of the Finger Lakes.) The beach is accessible across a narrow road that is perfect for biking or walking. We are a half mile from a short hike up a canyon that ends at a spectacular waterfall. The lake near our dock is known as one of the best bass fishing spots in the Finger Lakes. 

The house is large, nearly 2,000 square feet. We recently added two bathrooms as well as a laundry room.  The very well-equipped kitchen is modern with a new dishwasher as well as a UV water filter and garbage disposal.

There are three good-sized bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, including a 225-square-foot master bedroom. All three bedrooms have lake views as well as air conditioners. There is a full bed in one, a queen plus a roll-away bed in the second, and two twin beds plus a full futon in the third. The den downstairs can be closed off and has a convertible queen sofa. There is a new half bath on
the first floor as well as a laundry room.

The front of the house is a covered porch. There is also a covered flagstone patio off the driveway. The house sits on nearly an acre of land with a small creek on one side as well as a swing set.

Labor Day - Oct 15: $750 3-night weekend or 4-night midweek.  $1500 week.                                                                                                              

Oct. 15 - Nov & April 15 - May 31: $500/$600 2/3-night weekend or 3/4 night midweek. $1250 week.

Memorial Day and early June weekends: $850 3 days.

Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks: $200/night, 3-night minimum

Dec. 1 - April 15: $350/$450 for 2/3 night weekend or 3/4 night midweek; $750 week.

4% county tax; $75-$140 cleaning fee, which includes linen service.
