In the hearth of Old Quebec, this beautiful loft is located within a walking distance from 
everything you want to see of Quebec City.  
It is pretty, newly renovated and comfortable.  You will enjoy very much your stay in Quebec city 
knowing that at 
night, your "home" will be waiting for you.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The condo has one queen size bed, and two foldout couches, T.V and cable, DVD player, linens, hair 
dryer, refrigerator,electric stove, washer and dryer, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner and all needed 
small 
appliances. 
Street parking: 6pm to 9am during the week. Pay parking very near. 

Activities and Attractions

The condo is near all the activities, you can walk to:

Chateau Frontenac, Grande Allee, Plains of Abraham, Place d'Youville, Palais Montcalm, Parc de 
l'Artillerie, La Citadelle, Funicular, the Old Port,Le Petit Champlain Quarter, Saint-Jean street, 
etc.
and , of course all the festivities of the 400th of Quebec City

Vacation Rental Rates

850$-950$ per week
Short term, available June, July, August and September
One week minimum.
A security deposit of 200 $ refundable after inspection is required and an amount of 75$ will be 
deducted if cleaning is not made as required.

Saturday to Saturday.
