Clean 2nd floor 28th street Condo, 2 bedroom/1 bath sleeps 6, fully
furnished. There are 4 beds, 1
queen and 1 twin in a room and a twin and double in the adjoining
room. Each room contains a tv
with vcr and fan. In-ground pool. Close to Jolly Roger Amusement Park
and a short walk to the Board
Walk.
Washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen with/dishwasher, microwave,
electric range, full size
refrigerator and service for 6. Off-street parking enough for
several cars if needed, cable/TV,
VCR, Air Conditioning. There is only 1 parking pass that would be
needed in the summer months but
not necessary off-season. The parking pass stays on the table when
you depart. If this is not left
behind or mailed back with the keys then there is a $30.00 fine.
