Bayside Vacation Condo in Ocean City

Clean 2nd floor 28th street Condo, 2 bedroom/1 bath sleeps 6, fully
furnished. There are 4 beds, 1
queen and 1 twin in a room and a twin and double in the adjoining
room. Each room contains a tv
with vcr and fan. In-ground pool. Close to Jolly Roger Amusement Park
and a short walk to the Board
Walk.
Washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen with/dishwasher, microwave,
electric range, full size
refrigerator and service for 6. Off-street parking enough for
several cars if needed, cable/TV, internet, VCR, Air Conditioning.

There is only 1 parking pass and 2 if needed in the summer months but
not necessary off-season. The parking pass stays on the table when
you depart. If this is not left
behind or mailed back there is a $30.00 fine.  Keys are located in the lockbox on the door and the combination is given with the instructions a week prior to going in.

May: $650 - 950 per week for up to 6 adults  There is a 3 nite minimum stay
June: $900 per week for up to 6 adults(family rate). Seniors weeks - $1800  depending on occupancy. Weekly rental only for June. Weekly lodging agreements are required for seniors.
July: $850.00 week for up to 6 adults   There is a 3 nite minimum stay for partial weeks.
August thru September 19: $800 per week for up to 6 adults   There is a 4 nite minimum stay.
Off-season:
From Sept 30 thru April $500.00 a week, or $110.00 a night plus taxes unless
otherwise specified.  Up to 6 adults.

Winter rates for condo - Monthly rental from October - May 1, 2012 is $600/month plus utilities and one month sec. deposit required. No pets, maximum occupancy is 3 persons.  Apply with owner.
Security deposit required unless otherwise specified  is $250.00 for month of June,JUly, August rentals and refundable within 30 days upon departure.
Security deposit should cover any damages incurred during the rental period and will be reported to the tenant upon departure per email and deducted from the deposit. If in the event the tenant is unable to rent the condo, through no fault of the owner, the owner may either seek to find another available week, or, if none are available, the tenant may forfeit the security deposit and any prepaid rent will be refunded.

A standard 6% sales tax and 4.5% room tax applies for a total of 10.5% tax required.

Cleaning fees of $50.00 assessed for weekly rentals unless otherwise stated.

Rentals are Saturday-Saturday unless otherwise agreed.  Partial weeks may be rented if available.

Holiday weekends are subject to increase rental rate. Please contact owner on rate.
