Monarch Bay Terrace
overlooking Emerald Ridge, Three Arch Bay & the Pacific Ocean. It is
located between Dana Point and
Laguna Beach. This villa is situated on a private hilltop that rises from
the Shores and offers 180 degrees of breathtaking views of the Pacific
South & West.

Villa Emeraude is perfectly situated for guests to enjoy swimming,
scuba diving, snorkeling,
fishing, and sailing in the dark blue waters of the Pacific Ocean.
Guests can also easily venture
out each day in different directions to experience the various
pleasures of Hollywood & Universal
Studios, Disneyland, Sea World, horseback riding, surfing beaches and
the Desert. The village of
Laguna Beach, for example, is just five minutes away and it has a
variety of restaurants and local
shops. After sunset, Laguna's nightlife comes alive with music and
vibrant bars. Outstanding

Restaurants. Also included is wireless and

Surfing- Some of the most well known beaches of Southern California
