Our 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath home awaits your visit. Enjoy the beautiful lake views from the porch,
patio or the lakeside yard. The 86 feet of shoreline with gradual entry is a great play area for
children of all ages. A 60 foot dock with 4000# hoist and a rowboat are added outdoor features.
Porch tables and chairs along with Adirondack chairs on the patio and a picnic table set the stage
for great outdoor activities. The gas and charcoal grills are ready for those who enjoy outdoor
cooking. The fire pit awaits an evening fire as your family enjoys the sun sets.

The living and dining rooms face the lake from the main floor. A modern fully equipped kitchen
features a dishwasher, microwave, small appliances and a wine refrigerator to hold all your wine
purchases. The second floor has 2 bedrooms and a conveniently located powder room. One bedroom has
a double bed and the second consists of 2 queen beds and 1 single bed. The master bedroom with a
king bed and den are located on the main floor and each have a cable TV, DVD and VCR players. The
living room and an upstairs bedroom have stereos. The full bathroom recently modernized consists of
a full tub and shower. Air conditioning serves the main floor. Propane, electric heat and a brick
fireplace in the living room are available for those cool occasions. Internet access is available
for those that want to bring your laptop.

Golf, Fishing, Swimming, and Boating activities are bountiful. Niagara Falls, Glenn Curtiss Museum
and Corning Glass are worth the visit. Penn Yan and Hammondsport have many restaurants and small
speciality shops. Dozens of nearby wineries await your visit.
