Rental Information: 
-One Week Minimum (weekend to weekend) 
 
-Payment types accepted: Cash, Credit Card or Money-Order

-Information regarding obtaining the keys and contact information for 
assistance will be provided after receipt of final payment. 
 
-Security Deposit: Refundable deposit is equal to weekly rental rate 
and will be mailed back to you  
(after key is returned and premises left in acceptable condition) 
 
-Taxes: A city hospitality tax will be added to the rental rates of 10.5% 
 
-Maid service upon departure included in weekly rate 
 
-The rent and tax are due 30 days prior to arrival
