Enjoy a spacious two bedroom, two bath condo located directly on the water and golf course.
The unit is within a small complex of 26 units in the Riverbend Golf and Boating Community.
This unit has been fully updated, newly painted, redecorated and offers all the conveniences of Florida living. Bedrooms are complete with King and Queen sleeping quarters along with private baths.
Eat out on the lanai and watch the boats heading out to the Gulf for a day of fishing or
head up to the Club House for a day of golfing. The course is an 18-hole "pay as you go" with clubhouse, restaurant and pool amenities.
For those fishermen, dockside fishing is available to catch the elusive snook and whatever is swimming by. Bring your boat and get direct water access to the Caloosahatchee River and the Gulf of Mexico. Private boat docks are directly behind the units and are available on a first-come basis without any docking fees.
This second floor unit is fully furnished and the surrounding grounds are pristine and offer the best in relaxation. Other amenties include washer and dryer, covered carport and additional visitor parking.

TWO MONTH SPECIAL - JANUARY & FEBRUAY, 2014 - $4000.00 plus 11% sales tax. Requires $500.00 deposit to hold. $500 refundable security payment. Great savings at beautiful location!
Rates are as follows:
January 1 to April 30 - $2,450 per month, $612.50 per week
May 1 to October 31 - $2,050 per month, $512.50 per week
November 1 to December 31 - $2,250 per month, $562.50 per week
Plus, 11% FL sales tax
$150 non-refundable cleaning fee
$500 refundable security after inspection of premises for damages.
