January 1 to April 30 - $2,660 per month, $665 per week
May 1 to October 31 - $2,240 per month, $560 per week
November 1 to December 31 - $2,480 per month, $612 per week

$150 non-refundable cleaning fee
$500 refundable security after inspection of premises for damages.
