Located just blocks from the Mission and Rose Garden in a quiet peaceful area you can stroll through the grand estates and parks of the Upper Eastside neighborhood and within 10 minutes you will find yourself in downtown Santa Barbara with it's world famous shopping and dining. From the master bedroom french doors you will enjoy the breathtaking views of the ocean and tile roofs of historic downtown. The second bedroom has a queensize bed with more spectacular views. There is a living area with a kitchen bistro table where you will find a welcome basket with a bottle of wine (or beverage of your choice) and fresh flowers. This vacation rental is perfect for families with children or two couples traveling together. The deck will be a favorite spot to enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset while taking in the gorgeous views of the sailboats on the harbor. There is also a jacuzzi on property (shared with Unit A) and a front loading washer/dryer. This is a no smoking property. Pets are considered with deposit. Also available are portable crib, highchair, and misc. baby items. You can leave that stuff behind and just bring the kids!
