Adjacent to the main house with private entrances, the bright and cheerful colors welcome you into 
this gorgeous home, equipped with a queen-feather-bed in the main bedroom, and a full-size bed in 
the Second Bedroom. The antique-furnished dining room offers French doors that open to expose more 
views of the ocean, with the bathroom beautifully decorated with a romantic claw foot tub, and 
shower. 

Located a mile from State Street and a 1/2 mile to the Mission and Rose Gardens, you can enjoy 
everything Santa Barbara has to offer, from marvelous restaurants and shopping, to relaxing on the 
beach. Santa Barbara county also boasts an outstanding wine country just a short drive north.
