Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful clean 2400 square foot Chalet style home is set among towering Ponderosa Pines in an 
upscale community in the charming city of Pine. A comfortable three bedroom, two and a half bath 
home is cozy and resonates peace and tranquility both inside and outside. Roomy furniture and 
everything you need to enjoy your stay is waiting for you. 

The kitchen decor is unique with an Italian mural set behind the large family style dining table. 
Fat Chef decor completes the theme and all the necessary appliances and dishes, etc. are available 
for you to use during your stay.

Bedrooms and bathrooms are furnished with towels and sheets.

A fun 50's themed game room with Pool Table, Fireplace, Pub Table, Scrabble, Small Organ, Futon and 
Checkers will give you lots of opportunities to enjoy the room. You are surrounded by large windows 
where you can gaze at the beauty of the trees while enjoying the various activities available for 
you. A life size Elvis sits in the corner and is the main attraction. 

From the game room you are just a step away out to a cozy back deck where you will find a large 
table ready to eat your meals in the spring and summer. A barbecue is available for your use also. 

A seasonal creek also runs through the back and side of the property and you can't help but enjoy 
hearing the running water pass by below after a snow or a monsoon storm. 

Get out of the traffic and the heat. Up here in Pine, its a little piece of heaven. This home will 
provide a restful, fun and peaceful environment.

music on the 5 changer CD Player.  
Play the organ or sit and read a book.  Ping Pong Table. Watch the birds and squirrels as they move 
about the yards. Take a walk and enjoy the 
scenery and beauty of Strawberry Mountain.

Vacation Rental Rates

$325.00 Per Night.  Two night minimum.
$1950.00 Per Week.   
$3700.00 Per Month

Must be 25 years or older to rent.

Non refundable $160.00 cleaning fee.
