Luxury 2 BR Condo on the Water in the Town of La Paz in La Paz

This luxury 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo is on the third floor of the Vista Coral Condominiums. It
is the only condo project on the water side of the Malecon (the waterfront boulevard and sidewalk)
in La Paz. It is an easy two block walk into the city center yet the view from the deck is all water
and palm trees. Other condo projects, such as La Concha or Costa Baja are far enought from town that
a taxi is required to go out to a restaurant or to shop.

The condo is furnished with new beautiful furniture, with a leather couch, love seat and overstuffed
chair in the living room, a dining table with six chairs, and two nice bedroom sets. One bedroom has
a king size bed and the other has two twins that can be made into a second king size with the linens
provided. The deck has a table for four. We offer high speed wireless internet, satellite TV, and a
DVD player. No smoking or pets allowed.

The first floor of the building has two nice restaurants. One is the kind that locals take someone
to on a special occasion. The other is more casual but very nice. Both have sidewalk dining right on
the seawall overlooking the bay and the town waterfront.

There is a pool for the condo-owners that also overlooks the bay. The beach in town is lovely, but
most of the locals go to the beaches north of town for a day's outing.

We have a covered parking spot in a gated parking lot. There is a elevator to the unit.

We offer a fully equiped kitchen with everything you need to host a beautiful dinner party. There
are two eating areas, a large dining table with 6 chairs and an outdoor table with 4 chairs on the
deck. The deck and master bedroom overlook the Bay of La Paz from a 3rd story view.

The living room and bedroom furniture is high quality like you would have in your home. There are
two TVs served satelite TV and a DVD player (plays both US and Mexican zone DVDs).

The master bedroom has a king size bed, side tables, and a large dresser. The second bedroom has
two twin beds that can be made into a king size with the linens provided. Both bedrooms have a
private bath with shower.

High speed internet is available with either wireless or wired access. There is a telephone for
incoming and local calls.

We have a pool with a view of the bay. There is no life guard or pool service.

The best feature of our condo is the location. We are a short walk from the center of town. There
are two restaurants on our property and 20 more within a 10 minute walk. La Paz has a 5km malecon, a
wide waterfront sidewalk that is popular with everyone for liesurly walks (la paseo) both in the
mornings and evenings. The malecon starts at our condo and in a few blocks, leads you right into
town.

We provide you with a write-up on all of the things we enjoy in La Paz. We tell you about our
favorite beaches, snorkeling spots, scuba guides, fishing guides, day trips, grocery stores,
churches and especially the restaurants! La Paz has wonderful restaurants!

All proceeds from the rental of this condo are donated to a local program that supports impoverished or troubled children in La Paz.  If you wish, you may make your payment directly to the US charity that funds the program.  Please ask for details.
