Vacation Rental Description

 Voted one of the best in the beach area! Great location on the 
beach side of A1A. 0nly 100yds to the ocean, you are actually closer 
to the beach than most units in the larger rental complexes. 

Ocean Club I is located off a beach access road, walk to the beach in
3min or jump in the car and drive right on!  

Only 42units in the complex means peace and quiet, much less hustle 
and bustle than the larger complexes in the area.  Large landscaped 
courtyard with palm trees and excellent view from your ground floor 
oversized ceramic tiled patio or master bedroom balcony.

This unit faces north which is the open end of the complex so the 
view is unobstructed and awesome! The view from this condo is 
exactly as you see it in the first picture. Sit on the patio and 
enjoy a nice quiet courtyard not a parking lot like most other 
rentals!  The pool gate is 15 yards from your patio. 

Walk to restaurants, convenience store and shops (less than 1 block 
away).  1.5 attached garage with full size washer and dryer, and 
storage area. Close to all attractions.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

This condo is in immaculate condition!  New beige ceramic tile on 
the first level and new furniture throughout. 

1st floor bathroom has a huge ceramic tile shower. Kitchen has all 
necessary amenities, NEW stove, NEW side by side refrigerator with 
front mounted water and ice maker, pots and pans, dishes, glassware,
silverware, toaster, coffeemaker, microwave oven, dishwasher,
answering machine etc. 

Large oversize patio has table and 4 chairs to enjoy the outdoors. 
Brand new stove and refrigerator Large living room and dining area. 
Color TV with cable and CD/VCR player combo. 
   
New carpet on the stairway and entire upstairs. Full bath upstairs. 
Huge master bedroom with large dresser,  Cable, color TV w/dvd player, 
3 closets and a balcony with chairs which overlooks the pool and
grounds.  Second bedroom has large dresser, 2 twin beds, closet and a 
small patio where you can sit and relax. All linens are provided.

Beach chairs,umbrella, boogie boards,and cooler provided.

Unlike many other units, our rental limit is 4 PERSONS; this cuts 
down on wear and tear and makes for a cleaner, nicer, more enjoyable
experience for our guests.

Tax Rate is 9% which applies to rental rates and cleaning fees.

$250.00 Security/Damage Deposit paid either by money order, 
travelers check or certified bank check will hold property for 
selected rental dates and will be refunded within 10 days of departure.

       NO PERSONAL CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED FOR SECURITY DEPOSIT!

30 days prior to your arrival, you must pay your rental fees with 
   either money order, travelers check or certified bank check.  
    
     NO PERSONAL OR FOREIGN CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED FOR RENT PAYMENT!

  30 day notice of cancellation is required for refund of $250.00 
  Security/Damage Deposit.
