Master deck is perfect for grilling and lounging. Great fishing, water skiing, tubing, swimming, 
canoeing and kayaking in beautiful Pickerel Cove of Gun Lake. Main floor laundry with extra large 
load washer and dryer, 2 full bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Located on a quiet private road 
with little traffic.
Take in a scenic 10 minute boat ride or 5 minute drive to enjoy an elegant dinner at the Terrace 
Grill Restaurant of the exceptional Bay Pointe Inn & Restaurant. This 2,600 acre all sports lake is 
centrally located in southwest Michigan. 30 minutes to Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo, 2.5 Hours from 
Detroit and Chicago. 2 minute drive to gorgeous Yankee Springs Recreation Area, which offers 15,000 
acres of lush woods and beautiful landscape for outdoor activities.
