Located on Scenic Hwy. 30A along the most pristine sugar beaches of the FL Panhandle's Emerald 
Coast, Peach Salsa offers privacy and yet is steps from the beach and Gulf, plus great shopping and 
dining. 

Previous visitors describe our location as truly a piece of paradise....palm trees, lush greenery 
and flowers and miles of incredible beaches with sunsets to take your breath away. The home's 
wraparound balcony invites mornings of newspaper reading along with a cup of Starbucks from Rosemary 
and early evenings of watching the sunsets over the water while sipping a margarita or iced tea. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Peach Salsa's floor plan with three suites makes it perfect for couples or families with children. 
The house has been owner occupied and looks new. The house is well appointed and full of 
upgrades...granite, tv's with dvd's players in three rooms,stainless appliances, gas fireplace, 
breakfast bar and dining area, travertine showers in two baths with bathtub in the third, washer and 
dryer, stereo speakers throughout AND it's the closest home to the beach in our gated resort 
neighborhood. Its fenced courtyard area offers extra privacy. Sunset Beach heated pool is for owners 
and guests only.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, large and small plus seating at the bar and as 
well as the dining area. It has WIFI, so bring your laptop.

Activities and Attractions

If it falls under the category of "fun", you will find it here on 30A and there's something for 
everyone. From incredible fine dining to casual, funky beach cafes and bars to shopping to unlimited 
outdoor activities....it's all here. If you're a golfer, you're in luck with Greg Norman and Fabio 
courses minutes away. Walk to the tennis courts at Rosemary, rent bikes for everyone of all ages and 
explore the scenic trail along 30A, dance the night away to live music at a number of nearby 
restaurants, or shop 'til you drop. Rent a kayak, fish, sail, or just float on the waves of the 
Gulf. There are plenty of activities for the younger members of your group too if you can get them 
out of the pool or away from the beach. 

Venture fifteen minutes in one direction and you'll discover Seaside, the community that made 30A 
famous with the filming of The Truman Story. Drive fifteen minutes in the other direction and you'll 
find Pier Park with its dozens of shops, restaurants, bars, and sixteen-plex theatre. We are also 
only 30 minutes from the Panama City airport and 45 minutes from the Ft. Walton Beach airpot.

Only weekly rates in Spring and Summer with some three night rates before April
and after Labor Day. Winter monthly rates are also available.
Spring (Apr 19-May 16, 2008) ........................... $1750/week
Summer (May 17-Aug 08, 2008 and Labor Day weekend) ..... $2100/week
Fall   (Aug 09-Oct 24, 2008 except Labor Day weekend) .. $1400/week
Winter (Oct 25-Mar 02, 2009) ........................... $ 750/week
