The red house in Shorey park is a fully equipped, two storey, year round family home. 

Upstairs:   3 Bedrooms each sleeps 2 people in single beds.... (linens included) 
            1 Bathroom with a shower.......................... (towels included)

            An additional fold away bed is available for an additional guest

Downstairs: 1 Bedroom sleeps 2 people in single beds.......... (linens included)
            1 Bathroom with a tub and shower ................. (towels included)
            1 Kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher.......... (all included)
            1 Dining room seats 8 comfortably................. (Tableware etc included)
            1 Living room, with TV, DVD, games & puzzles ..... (included) 
            1 Breakfast room seats 6 comfortably.............. (included)
            1 Laundry complete with washer & dryer............ (included)
            1 Deck with BBQ surrounded by lawn and trees...... (included)

For additional guests the Living room and Breakfast room both have double size sofa beds.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The red house in Shorey Park is sandwiched between the public beach and downtown Bridgton. You can 
rent your kayak downtown and walk to the beach with it in 5 minutes.

The public beach has a lifeguard and closes at night.

The boat launch next to the beach is easy to launch from and clear.

A short meander through the town will get you to the library, the movie theatre, Reny’s department 
store, the art gallery, ice cream parlour, and lots of antique shops. 

Bridgton is a picturesque town with plenty to discover - Our favourites are golfing, boating and 
hiking.

               ...in Naples you'll find the Songo River Queen and great restaurants. (15 mins)
               ...in North Conway you'll find waterslides, storyland, and NH outlets. (25 mins)
               ...in Portland you'll find ocean cruises, the mail boat and gift shops. (1 hour)

Vacation Rental Rates

Currently available May, June and early July, October, November, December 2008.

Weekly rates:
            Spring (May, June) $1000 US
            Summer (June, July, August, September) $1200 US
            Fall   (October, November) $1000 US
            Winter (December, January) $1000 US 

Weekly rates include:
            Preparation of the property before you arrive - things like making the beds and putting
            out clean towels. 
            Preparation of the property after you leave - things like dusting, vacuuming, washing 
            bed linens and towels, emptying trash etc.
