There are “vacation homes” and then there are “vacation homes of distinction”. The home at 214 Primo is truly a vacation home of distinction. This elegantly appointed home will appeal to even the most discriminating of clients. Located in the heart of the Times Square district, you’ll be centrally located to all the action on Fort Myers Beach. Built in 1991 and situated directly on the
water, you have direct boating and fishing access right from your back yard. Restaurants, shopping and the beach are all just a one minute walk from the house. This home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the upper level of the house, along with a 1 bedroom, 1 bath studio on the lower/ground level. For the optimum vacation experience there is also a sparkling, in ground,
heated, private pool.

Upon your arrival you’ll be greeted by the expansive great room with a 30 foot wall of sliding glass doors, leading to the upper screened in deck. Take in the beautiful water views of the canal. Watch for the many dolphins and manatees that frequent the waters or fish from the dock and catch your dinner for the night.

The living room is decorated in shades of tans and ivories. Comfortable leather furnishings, and soft flowing draperies, will have you relaxing in no time. Watch the large screen TV or take in a movie on the DVD player. While you may opt to eat out, if you like to cook, you’ll love this newer kitchen. Fully equipped with modern appliances and every amenity you could want or need. There’s
even an espresso machine! Serve your meals at the beautiful glass top dining room table, at the breakfast bar, out on the upper deck, or down below poolside.

After a full day of sun and island fun, you’ll rest peacefully on the king size bed in your private master suite. Watch the sunsets from your private balcony. Catch a late night movie on the in-room TV and wake to an invigorating shower in your ensuite full bathroom.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, while the third bedroom offers two twins. They both share a full bathroom in the hallway. There is a full size washer and dryer in the second full bathroom as well.

On the lower level of the house you’ll find a large pool deck for sunning. Grill out while laying poolside. Watch the boats and marine life in the canal, or take an afternoon siesta. Reconnect with your family and friends while enjoying the finer things in life that this home has to offer.

Poolside you’ll also find a fabulous one bedroom, one bathroom studio apartment. Complete with a fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, living room, dining room, and a full size washer and dryer. The studio has a queen size Murphy bed off of the living room, with a separate bedroom containing a
bunk bed set up with a double size bed and a twin bed. While the house may sleep more, the owners have limited the occupancy of this home to a maximum of 8 persons total when renting the studio and the main portion of the house, and a maximum of 6 persons total when renting just the upstairs
portion of the house. This occupancy limit includes all children, regardless of their age.

This home is conveniently located in the heart of the Times Square district. Walk to everything! Shops, restaurants, the beach, and nightlife are all just a minute walk from the house. Quick groceries can be found at the 7 Eleven also a minute walk from the house, or a full service grocery store is just 1 mile South. Catch the trolley to see the island or head to Bonita Springs, for a
quarter a ride per person. Please note that this home is a nonsmoking home and a pet free home as well.

Enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida where you can swim with dolphins and manatees or search for shells and sand dollars. Charter boats, jet ski’s and parasailing rentals are within walking distance. Enjoy a day or night out on the Casino boat or take the Key West Ferry for a day adventure to Key West. Catch some of the local artists at one of the many beach bars, enjoy great restaurants and fantastic shopping. Looking for something to do after the beach? There are numerous golf courses, mini golf, frisbee golf, libraries, a movie theater, water park, and much, much more. Further out you can enjoy museums, the Shell Factory, the Imaginarium, Calusa Nature
Center, Naples Zoo, or an Everglades Airboat or Swamp Buggy adventure.

Peak Season – $2300-$3000/week, $8050-$9975/month

Rates for main house only (accommodates 6):

Off season -  $1000-$1400/week,   $3500-$4900/month

Peak Season - $1700-$2400/week,   $5950-$7875/month

The home may be rented without the studio if desired.

Pleaes add a $40 nonrefundable booking fee and a $75-$100 nonrefundable damage waiver fee, $140-$170 cleaning fee, and 11% tax to the above rates. All utilities are included.
