"Mossy Oaks Manor" - Favored Gathering Place - Great Views! in Hiawassee

Big Sister to the ever-popular "Mossy Oaks Lodge" (which sleeps 14 +/-
) and we call her "Mossy Oaks Manor" but You'll want to call
it 'Home'! Located just steps across the way from each other, they're
the perfect pair for large groups or reunions of 20 to 40 persons!

Smaller groups will appreciate being able to all stay together in one
place & still have 'their space'. And, since there are no other homes
under construction on this mountaintop so far, you'll have the whole
place to yourselves and double the amenities between you for double
the fun! Be sure to book early for prime dates, as many of those who
have stayed here before have already made it a yearly tradition!

Awesome Views Plus All The Amenities - A Win/Win!: A Commanding View,
Privacy, Location (just 5 minutes to town) and every convenience and
amenity one could hope for, with all of the comforts of home,
including: Hot Tub, Pool Table, Satellite TV, Fully equipped Island
kitchen which opens out to the cozy sitting room with huge stone
fireplace. The upper open Loft is set up as a separate TV viewing
area w/a Giant Screen HD/TV, Queen sleeper sofa, love seat & it
shares a large bath with the adjacent Queen sized bedroom. On the
main level there's a King size Master suite and a separate Dining Rm.
There's a 5th Bedroom w/Queen bed, Palladian window & sliding glass
doors leading out to the deck. The lower level has a large Queen
sized bedroom, while another bedroom on this level has 2 bunks, each
with Double beds on the bottom & twins above. In addition, there are
2 more bunk beds with Queen sized futons below & twins above in
the 'Media Room', just off the large game room with full sized pool
table and an electronic wall-mounted dart board!

Besides the 5 bedrooms, there are 2 bunkbeds (each with a double on
the bottom & a twin above) located in the TV-Media Room just off the
Game Room. There is also a sleeper sofa that makes into a queen sized
bed located in the upper loft which shares a bathroom with the other
Queen bedroom on that level.

Places To Go & Things To Do!: This property (Not the other) is Pet
Friendly, so for a small fee, you can even bring the pooch to make it
a REAL family retreat! And for those of you who cannot get
disconnected from your computers, we've installed DSL, so you can
stay in touch or extend your stay another day or two and work from
your 'vacation office'. There's so much to do, you'll want to plan
ahead to be sure you have as much vacation time as you have
activities. That's going to be a real challenge with so many options!
There are hiking trails, scenic waterfalls, river tubing and white-
water rafting near-by, horseback riding stables, marinas where you
can rent all sorts of water crafts, such as kayaks, jet skis,
sailboats, motor boats & water skis, and pontoon boats for a party
on the lake! Besides the GA Mtn Fair, there are little shops & great
restaurants in town, local festivals, concerts, craft shows and free
concerts on the square every Saturday night during the season weather
permitting).
