Vacation Rental Description

Within this brand new luxurious 3500 square foot luxury home you can
enjoy all the comforts of home and create a excellent vacation. Just
700 feet to the slopes and an easy “shoosh” to the Silver Queen lift,
the location is almost unbeatable. Wake up, surrounded by the
snowcapped fourteener mountains, situated in one of the most beautiful
places in the world.

Built in 2008, the house can comfortably sleep 14 people with its five
fully furnished rooms, each with full access to wireless Hi-speed
internet and good cell phone reception. If you are looking to relax in
comfort after a day spent on the mountain, each bedroom has its own
television and cable, which includes HBO and Showtime.

The master bedroom, on the main level, is spacious and hosts a king
size bed beautifully draped in fine linens. The room is well lit and
provides access to a large deck with truly spectacular views of the
mountains. The master bath is stocked with linens and has a large
double headed shower.

When you walk into the main floor of the house, you are greeted by
“The Great Room”, a large living room which is connected to the dining
room and kitchen. Here you will find it easy to relax with comfortable
leather seating, a large flat-screen television and an Xbox 360 for
those days you just want to stay in. The dining room table easily will
seat 10 adults, and additional seating is provided at the bar. The
large open kitchen is built for entertaining, and incorporates a
modern mountain style with ceramic countertops. Each room on the main
floor has exits onto the houses 3 decks, where you can find some of
the most beautiful views in the Rocky Mountains along with a gas
barbeque grill. In addition to the master bedroom, the main floor
hosts the “Junior Master Suite”, which also contains a King-size bed,
its own television and private full-bathroom. 

On the lower level, the 3rd and 4th bedrooms share a large full bath
equipped with a whirlpool tub. Each bedroom has its own truly
breath-taking views, along with its own king-size bed. Both of the two
bedrooms include their own walk-in closet and an exit to a private
deck facing the incredible mountain sunset.

The upper-level, accessible from a spiral staircase on the main floor,
is where you will find the 5th bedroom and loft, as well as another
genuinely stunning view. There are three twin beds perfect for younger
guests, and another full bathroom. 

For those who haven’t visited Crested Butte before, the area is
littered with activities both in the summer and winter. Whether you’re
out for some of the nations best skiing or snowboarding or you are on
a summer mountain biking adventure. You are guaranteed to find
something that will spark your interest. The town itself has a rich
history and is considered one of Colorado’s top vacation destinations.

Activities and Attractions

In the winter 
anything that you can do in and on the snow, you can do in Crested
Butte. If you like to ski, the area offers lift-served alpine skiing
and snowboarding, cross-country skiing, as well as a wealth of back
country terrain for ski adventurers. Even if you don’t ski, you can
enjoy sleigh and horseback rides, snowshoeing, ice skating, dog
sledding, and snowmobiling.

In the summer
Crested Butte has all the activities you’d expect in a mountain
paradise. Mountain biking, hiking, fishing, golf, jeep tours, hot air
balloon rides, climbing, horseback riding, wildflowers, river rafting,
kayaking, and much more await your exploration during the spectacular
summers.
