2 bedrooms/ 2 bath condo is a corner unit condo at the small exclusive condo building near Ferry’s
Landing & San Diego Bay. Walk to Marriot Hotel Coronado for Sunday brunch or a drink with gorgeous
views of the bay. Coronado Island is connected to
San Diego by Coronado Bridge and is minutes from the San Diego international airport. The beautiful
condo is decorated with tropical furniture, granite countertops, Brazilian wood floors, imported
rugs, crown molding and paintings throughout. There are TV and DVD player in the living room. Hi-
speed internet is included.
The kitchen is fully equipped, includes microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. In the dining room,
the glass top oval rattan table seats 6 people. Both bathrooms contain glass enclosed tubs/shower.
There is a separate laundry room with full size washer & dryer. It is a secured building with
underground parking with access via elevator as well as outside stairs.
The balcony has a terracota floor with patio furniture. We have 2 designated parking spots. The unit
is move-in ready with kitchenware, beddings, and towels. Maid service is available upon request.
Cozy living room is professionally decorated with tropical ambience.
Permissions: small pets maybe allowed. NO smoking please. Children are welcome, however the condo is
not child-proof.

Centrally located to all Coronado amenities such as gourmet restaurants, shops and health food
store.
Activities and Attractions
Golfing, cycling, concerts in Sparkletts Park, Art Festivals, library, local theater, local
restaurants, sandy beaches, sailing, surfing, swimming, and tennis. Hotel Del Coronado is a landmark
with its own fine dining, shopping arcade and award-winning spa. There is winter ice skating inside
the hotel from Thanksgiving thru the New Year. Coronado beach runs for miles with white sand. Across
the bridge is downtown San Diego. Major attractions in San Diego include Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo,
Gaslamp Quarter with great night life, Old Town San Diego with Mexican dining and mariachi bands.
