Vacation Rental Description

In one of the most biologically diverse areas on earth, there is a paradise that only God could have  
imagined.  The Pacific Ocean stretches out to the horizon. In the distance one can see the tip of  
Panama across the Gulfo Dulce.  Behind you are acres of primary forest teaming with wildlife. Below  
are magnificent beaches with some of the best fishing and surfing the world has to offer.  
 
Built over 500 feet above the sea, Tres Palmas catches the cooling tropical breezes coming from the  
Gulfo Dulce and Pacific Ocean.  The sound of the surf rolling in the distance, scarlet macaws  
calling to their mates, while howler monkeys cavort overhead, lull you into a sense of harmony with  
nature.  
 
In the midst of this spectacular setting, a secluded and exotic house has been built  in modern  
Spanish style under a massive palm thatched roof.  
 
The area was once home to the Brunca Indians that settled in southern Costa Rica and the western  
part of Panama.  Pieces of native pottery can be found by those that care to look.  The Indians  
considered this a holy place and many who stay here find a spiritual peace that is quite uplifting.  
 
Our property is home to four types of monkey, hundreds of bird species, sloth, iguana, anteaters,  
and a myriad of other animal and plant species. This magical place offers the rare opportunity to  
experience nature at its most spectacular and unspoiled.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Private Pool: Infinity edge pool with view of the ocean/gulf.  
Full Kitchen: Commercial stove with propane grill. Granite countertops. Refridgerator and separate  
freezer. Cooking Utensils Provided.  
Caretakers wife is a fantastic cook and will cook breakfast and dinner and do clean-up for $30/day  
for up to six people $50/dayu for seven or more  
Washer/Dryer (2): One for our guests - caretaker has another for those guests that wish to have  
their laundry done. 
Covered Parking: Connected to Villa. Won't get wet durind a rain shower. 
Beds: King Beds (2): One in each bedroom. 
Double Beds (2): In the loft 
Twin/Single BedS (2): In the loft 
Child Beds (2): Fold out cots for young children 
Crib: Pack an Play. 
Linens Provided 
Entertainment Cable/Satellite TV: Direct TV, DVD, Video Library, CD Player, Stereo System

No other houses in view - only forest and ocean/gulf. We are 500 feet above the water, so views are  
fantastic. Very Private. 
Communications: Wireless WiFi satellite high speed - Telephone: You nust bring a laptop and use  
SKYPE or similar through the WiFi - it's only two cents a minute to call rhe States

Dec 20th 2008 - Jan. 3rd 2009   $3500/week - $500 each additional day 
Discounts for multiple weeks 
The caretaker's wife will cook breakfast and dinner for $30/day for 
up to six people / $50/day for seven or more
