Rates include Daily Resort Membership Fee,
Access to all amenities (Beach Club, Marina, Fitness Facility, Kayak

Bed & Bath Linens, Fully equipped kitchen.
*Deposit of 50% required upon reserving the villa.
*Cancellation Policy: All cancellations after booking will be charged
a flat $50 fee (this is to help with the amount PayPal deducts from
the payment). Within 7 days of your first rental date, no amount will
be refunded, any day prior to that everything with an exception of
the mentioned $50 fee will be refunded. Refunds are done through
PayPal and could take 1 to 2 weeks for you to receive the payment via
mail. Most refunds are placed directly back onto your credit card.

*Tax rate is 13%, which is 6% state and 7% local.
$10 per day cleaning fee. Example: 3 night stay= $30 cleaning fee
Minimum stay is 2 nights on all rates.
Day docks & tie up areas for boats are available for
an additional amount paid to The Hollows resort.
The Hollows $10 per day Resort Membership Fee is included in above
rate.
Access to all amenities such as the Beach Club, Marina,
Fitness Facility, Kayak Club. Rates also include Bed & Bath Linens,
Fully equipped kitchens. Pre & post cleaning included in
rate.
50% required to reserve dates, balance due 7 days before the
stay.
