New Oakmont, approximately 2000 sq feet of residence area fully furnished. The Oakmont is an open
floor plan with greatroom, kitchen and eating area combination, a study, 2 guest bedrooms, guest
bath and a master bedroom with bath having a his and hers area with seperate tub and shower and
walk-in closet. Guest bedrooms- one with a queen, second with 2 singles and master suite with king
bed. Enjoy long water views and sunsets from the screened lanai and heated pool area equiped with fountain, lounge chairs, umbrellas, table & grill. This lovely
home has a central vacuum, security system, GE appliances and a two-car garage. We are child friendly; high chair, booster, cribs available upon request.
