There is a lot of space to spread out and watch the wildlife pass by or enjoy a cookout in your own  
back yard. Bethany Beach is approximately 3 miles away, where you can enjoy the boards nightly  
entertainment, shopping, water sports, fishing, playground and just soaking up the sun & surf. 
 
Since we are located in Delaware, you can enjoy tax-free shopping at the Tanger Outlets in Rehoboth  
(approx. 20 miles)or enjoy the rides at the Rehoboth or Ocean City Boardwalks. There is a lot to do  
in the Bethany area, so book your vacation today!

Weekly Rate May 1st through September 15 (rents Saturday to Saturday).......$700/week or $350/3nt 
September 15th through May 1st: $300/weekend OR $425/week. 
Off-Season Monthly Rate:.......$900/month + utilities (3-month minimum). 
Seasonal (Memorial Day-Labor Day)....... $7500/3 months 
 
Holiday Rate 20% Increase for Length of Stay. 
Security Deposit $300. 
Pet Deposit: $250 ($100 Non-refundable)
