Vacation Rental Description

Tranquil repose in a typical Mexican neighborhood is yours at Casa  
Brava.  Located along the Rio Cuale just steps from Liz Taylor's  
former home, Casa Brava is a six minute walk to the town  
center,galleries,malecon(boardwalk)the plaza,shopping,the market and  
a 20 minute walk to Vallarta's most popular beach,Los Muertos,  
offering authentic Mexican pueblo living in a bustling fishing  
village/beach town.  Designed and built by the owner/artist,Casa  
Brava is a new house with all the modern amenities created in  
traditional Mexican style.  The first floor studio apartment and the  
second floor 2 bedroom family-style apartment have separate  
entrances,high ceilings and are sunny and airy with full kitchens,  
new appliances,new firm mattresses,ceiling fans,cable TV and maid  
service. the first floor studio apartment has an outdoor garden patio 
and the second floor has ample  
large balconies.  Each features privacy and security with birds and  
butterflies and iguanas and the sounds of the river to sooth and  
refresh the spirit.  The owner has her studio on the third floor. 
 The first floor studio and the second floor can both be rented  
together for large groups or they can be rented separately.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Cable TV, maid service, new dishes, new firm mattresses, all new  
appliances, ceiling fans, complete kitchens, quiet charming  
neighborhood although last Christmas was exceedingly festive. 
Ample balconies surround the master bedroom and living room on the  
second floor,Casa Brava 11. the first floor has an new outdoor patio.

Whale watching, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing, sunset  
cruises, mountain biking, canopy riding, kayaking, parachute riding,  
sky diving, bird watching, jungle hiking, gallery art walks, active  
music and art scene. Side trips to interesting typical villages such 
as Yelapa,Saulita, Tapla.
