of boats. Children can enjoy many adventures in the common area right 
outside your back door.  
 
Take a short stroll to the boat docks in front of the unit- close 
enough to see but not too close to worry about with your little 
ones. Walk to the pool with a water playground, the clubhouse,  
climb the treehouse, play volleyball or basketball. Or walk/bike 
along the trail to European Village for ice cream or visit the 
new Palm Coast playground. Or drive 5 minutes to the beach.
