Creek Greenbelt with walking/biking trails, streams and lakes.  This Anchorage vacation home is a  
spacious 3400 square foot home with 6 bedrooms, 4 baths that can comfortably sleep 14-18 persons.   
Located in a quiet residential neighborhood with ample off-street parking, it is walking distance to  
restaurants, shopping, and walking/biking trails.  
 
Wildlife abound in this greenbelt area so you are likely to see moose roaming here, marmots,  
rabbits, and a variety of birds including eagles soaring.  Trails for biking jogging, walking are at  
the end of the street.  
 
Located just a short walk to restaurants and shopping, this home is also convenient to the downtown  
area with restaurants, train terminal, small plane lakeport, and the Anchorage Visitors Center. 
 
Upstairs are three large bedrooms and two baths.  The spacious living room with vaulted ceilings and

friends or family and still give a cozy, comfortable feeling.  This home also includes washer and  
dryer, fully equipped kitchen, all linens, dishes, cable TV, Wireless Internet, DVD player.  In the  
kitchen, you will find beverages, snacks, coffee, tea, assorted dry cereals with milk for your  
convenience during the first days of your stay.
