On the Strand at the Oceanside Mariner North Coast Village 
 
Taking summer reservations at Oceanfront resort condominum complex 
with full amenities. We have a furnished loft/penthouse with 2 
bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 balconies which accommodates 6 persons. 
 
Master Suite: The 4th floor retreat with a CA King Mattress, TV 
cabinet with DVD, VCR, ceiling fan, crown molding, hand painted vanity 
& dressing table, vessel sink, framed mirrors and lighting, new shower 
doors, shower head, commode & floor tile; walk-in closet with 
dressers, shelving & mini-frig, sliding glass door to large deck with 
lounge chairs, BBQ & storage. 
 
Kitchen / Dining: GE appliances, glass cabinet doors, deep double bowl 
sink with filtered drinking water, disposal, soap dispenser, & Groh 
faucet, plates, flatware, chilled beer mugs, wine glasses, outdoor 
essentials & condiments. 
 
Living / Dining: Crown molding, ceiling fan, shadow box above 
fireplace, 42” Panasonic LDS, DVD & Stereo. New living room furniture 
with queen sleeper, third floor deck with table & chairs for two 
overlooking the grounds, pool & white water view. 
 
Guest Bedroom: Two full size beds (one with surf view), cozy chair, 
dresser & ample closet space, Panasonic TV. 
 
*Misc. Side ocean views from decks, guest bedroom, and mirror 
refraction; board games, sand chairs & umbrella etc.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amenities 2 heated pools, 2 spas, work out room, putting green, 
billiard, ping pong, library, laundry rooms, secured parking and 
security. Bicycle lockers. Play in the sand, ride the surf, hang at 
the jetties and at the harbor- take a boat ride, rent a canoe/kayak,go 
fishing, see the whales, visit local eateries.

The beach activities in Oceanside California are abundant. The wide 
sandy beach, and ocean waves are right outside your door. The San 
Luis,Ray River flows down one side, and the Oceanside Marina is right 
nextdoor. The Oceanside Pier is two blocks from the property.
