This one-bedroom condominium has just undergone another major renovation. We just retiled the kitchen & bathroom (Sept 09), put in a new vanity in the bathroom with granite tops (not pictures yet) and stripped the wallpaper in the bathroom and repainted it. We also got new patio furniture and a new kitchen table (Sept 09).
This upstairs unit has a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the den so it comfortably sleeps four people.
The balcony overlooks the beautifully landscaped courtyard and there is a small view of the gulf.
This unit also has a TV in the bedroom which is rare for Beachwood Villas. Brand new mattress
purchased in July 2007 for a great nights sleep.
This is a great, family-oriented community with beautifully landscaped grounds, two swimming pools
(one heated in February and part of March), tennis courts, shuffleboard, kids play area, and several outdoor grills. There are also bike racks available in the parking lot to store your bikes.
Bring the family down and relax for a wonderful experience in Seagrove. It is just a short walk to
the gorgeous sugar white beaches and to nearby restaurants.
This is a no smoking unit. Some small pets may be allowed with a pet deposit fee, please inquire.

The complex has 2 pools, tennis courts and shuffle board. Bike paths are just across the street from us. There is a bike rental shop just 2 min from our unit or you can bring your own and store them in the bike racks around the complex (bring your own bike lock please).

Our complex is located across the street from the beach right on 30A. It is a very short walk to the beach about 4 min.
