Rent my 3000 square foot condo (2240/717sq ft) for 25% discount off the resort rate.  The current rate is $260.00 for Sunday thru Thursday and $315.00 for Friday and Saturday (plus 5.5% tax) This is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo in The Las Palomas Golf Resort, phase 2 (Cortez Building)  Additionally, I have a full golf membership which allows you to playis golf course.

This is a beautiful Condo that is in Las Palomas' rental pool and all services including wrist bands are included.  The condo sleeps a maximum of 8; 10 with owner permission, but an additional fee will apply.

I will always allow the "best" special Las Palomas' rental pool allows!

 This 3 bedroom (two master suites), 3 bath, end unit condo, is "tastefully" decorated and overlooks the Beautiful Sea of Cortez. The unit has a king bed in every bedroom and they are very comfortable beds, TV/DVDs in each of the three bedrooms and two queen sleeper-sofas in the great room. One sleeper-sofa is a "Lazy Boy" airbed which sleeps like a normal bed.

Plenty of space in this 3000 sq. ft. unit as it has 2240+ square feet inside and
717 square feet of outside decking (one wrap-around deck for the great room and master bedroom and an individual deck for the second master suite.
The great room and  bedroom have a TV/DVD player set up. The great
room's TV is a 50 inch flat screen. The back side master suite has a mini-kitchen and a 37 inch flat screen.  There are movies, books and some music in the condo  for your enjoyment.

The kitchen has all the modern amenities of home with new kitchenware
and dishware. The owner likes to cook so it is well stocked. The utility room contains a full size washer/dryer and utility sink. The owner also supplies extra supplies like, spices, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, napkins, coffee filters and many other extras.  This is like walking into someone's home.

has to offer. There are currently two fine dining restaurants and two pool bar restaurants open for your pleasure. More restaurants are expected to open this summer.

The condo is classified as a 3V condo in Las Palomas' Rental System and is in the rental pool so you get rental pool services without extra fees.

The following rates are valid from June 15, 2009 until February 28, 2010.  There are no extra charges for holidays.

Sunday - Thursday: $260

Friday- Saturday: $315

Note:  All rates are per night, in U.S. Dollars, and include housekeeping service and access to all resort amenities.  There are no "hidden fees".  Rates do not include Mexico's 5.5% taxes.

 Additionally, because you can see pictures of my condo you will know what the condo you are renting looks like as opposed to just renting "blind" from the resort's rental site.

Damage Deposit: A credit card deposit will be taken when you arrive at the resort. Phone activation requires a credit card copy at the front desk.
