Puerto Penasco's Las Palomas Golf Resort is the one and only
luxurious Golf Resort on Sandy Beach. This beautiful resort has restaurants, multiple pools, exercise room, walking and swimming beach.
This condo has full membership at the Links Golf Course, so you can make tee time 30 days in advance and play at the owner/guest rate.

Rent my 3000 square foot condo for 50% less than if you rented directly for the resort at the resort's rate.  This is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo in The Las Palomas Golf Resort, phase 2 (Cortez Building) Additionally, I have a full golf membership which allows you to play the golf course at the "owner guest" rate, currently $22 per round.

This is a beautiful Condo that is in Las Palomas' rental pool and all services including wrist bands are included.  The condo sleeps a maximum of 8.  So if you are 10 or 12 persons please don't contact me as I only accept 8 persons in my condo.

 This 3 bedroom (two master suites), 3 bath, end unit condo, is "tastefully" decorated and overlooks the Beautiful Sea of Cortez. The unit has a king bed in every bedroom and they are good beds, TV/DVDs in each of the three bedrooms and two queen sleeper-sofas in the great room. One sleeper-sofa is a "Lazy Boy" airbed which sleeps like a normal bed.

717 square feet of outside decking (one wrap-around deck for the great room and master bedroom and an individual deck for the second master suite.
The great room and bedrooms have a TV/DVD player set up. The great
room's TV is a 50 inch flat screen. The front master suite has a 32" flat screen and the back master suite has a 37 inch flat screen and a mini-kitchen.  There are movies and books in the condo for your enjoyment.  There is internet connection in the great room.

The kitchen has all the modern amenities of home with new kitchenware
and dishware. The owner likes to cook so it is well stocked. The utility room contains a full size washer/dryer and utility sink and all types of cleaning supplies incase needed. The owner also supplies extra supplies like, spices, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, napkins, coffee filters and many other extras.  This is like walking into someone's home.

Enjoy the comforts of the best destination resort that Puerto Penasco
has to offer. There are currently two fine dining restaurants and two pool bar restaurants open in the resort area for your pleasure. More restaurants are expected to open.

Current Rates are:  These are new rates but there may also be higher rates for holidays.  The condo is classified as a 3V condo by Las Palomas and is in the rental pool so rental pool services are included.   Additionally, because you can see pictures of my condo you will know what the condo you’re renting looks like as opposed to just renting "blind" from the resort's rental site.

$2012 Rates:

*Holidays are 3 night minimum: Dates April 5-8 and May 25-27 Cost: $400 per night

Winter Rates: (Dec 1 - Feb 28th :  $212.00 daily or $1260.00 weekly plus 7.9 tax/fees

Spring/Summer Rates: (March 1 - Nov 30th)

*Sun-Thurs: $265/night, plus 7.9% tax/fees =$285.94

*Fri-Sat: $295/night, plus 7.9% tax/fees = $318.31

Owners may obtain credit card information for the resort.  But, having the charge made to a personal owner not the resort t will increase the chances that a guest will have to pay again upon checking in.  Additionally, being registered as a guest of owner and paying the owner for the wristbands or any daily use fee is not authorized by the resort and you are risking having to pay again when you check in.

This condo rents only within the authorized guidelines of The Las Palomas Resort.
