Our 4 bedroom, 3 bath luxury villa was purchased new in 2007 and has one of the best ocean views in
the Ocean Villas complex. This villa has dramatic direct ocean and beach views from
the lanai and living area. Also both master bedroom suites have direct ocean and beach views. The
villa is just 70 feet from a white sandy beach and private cove. Includes reserved parking a few
steps away from easy access elevator or stairway, air conditioning with de-humidifier for comfort;
42" plasma television with cable, CD/DVD player, Bose Entertainment system; iPod speaker system;
high speed internet access,computer and printer, washer and dryer; gourmet kitchen, 2 Pack-n-Play bassinet portable crib/playpen, 2 sleeping bags, 2 air matresses, 8
beach towels, 3 boogie boards, 11 sets of masks, fins and snorkels in many sizes, ice chest; 4 beach
chairs, beach umbrella and beach
