Ali’i Beach Rentals manages the entire property so there are 6 identical fully furnished luxury one bedroom condos and 1 luxury studio available.

All the Royal Maona condos have fully equipped kitchens ready to cook and eat. Feedback from our guests show that this is one of the best ways to take control of your vacation budget! Preparing meals instead of eating out three times a day can save an average of $100 a day per couple. This is a must for the budget minded traveler.

The sleeping arrangements are very convenient with a queen bed in the bedroom along with a full size futon sleeper couch in the living area. Leave the bedroom pocket doors open for extra space or shut them for a private bedroom.

Our staff prides themselves in the beautiful condition of this property. “Luxurious” is the best way to describe a Royal Moana condo. We spared no expense on remodeling every unit with marble floors, and granite countertops throughout. Tasteful wood furnishings were shipped straight from Indonesia. As you can see by the photos these condos are beautiful!

Perfect Location! Daily we packed our lunch in our reusable foldable cooler, which we kept cool with the "Hawaiian" liter water bottles we froze. Which were also handy to weigh down the beach umbrella, which will NOT stay in the sand if you just dig a hole. We also used some shoe laces to tie to the umbrella and then to the cooler handles to weigh the umbrella down.(Highly recommand renting the umbrella and at least one chair) DOES THE JOB! The condo is a basic condo, I wish they had some basic things like Salt and Pepper, but that's minor. Waikki Beach is a 3-4 blk walk away. We walked to downtown Waikki(or so we thought it was downtown), as well as walking to the zoo. The condo is gated and secure, with cameras on the parking stalls. Just outside the gate and to the right (right next store) is a family run convenient store. ALMOST everything you need, but enough to get by. Otherwise a grocery store just downtown (walking distance).
The second bed of the condo was a futon, not very comfortable, but the kids slept in it. We did not have any problem that we needed the property manager but our neighbor did, their lock broke and they needed the phone number to call the managers. We gave that to them. It was a Sunday, and someone was over within 15 minutes. Unfortunatly he could not fix the problem so he had to call a locksmith. They showed up within a half hour. Great service in my eyes!
Back to what they ask of me:
YES the description was accurate, regarding location and layout.
TES the property was clean and VERY maintained. Great pictues were taken in the "backyard".
YES I would recommand this property.

P.S. If you're planning heading for your travel, get on "Groupons" or "Living Social" and look into their coupons, which are great discounts. Register for your home state and your visiting state.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, sight seeing, tourists without a car
