The unit is smoke-free and fully decorated in a comfortable contemporary style of quality
furnishings. The first floor consists of the kitchen, dining and living room, includes a half bath
and enclosed laundry area. The carpeted second floor includes two complete master suites with a
full baths and walk-in closets. Linens and bath and beach towels are all supplied.
The kitchen includes a refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, self-cleaning stove, microwave,
toaster, coffee maker, blender, and everything you would need to prepare meals and have over some
friends. Next to the kitchen is the enclosed laundry area with a full size washer/dryer. Cable TV,
DVD players in each bedroom and living room are also included in this unit. With today's busy world, we understand the importance of staying connecte and so we have secure wireless internet access for your convenence!
Off the living area is a shaded patio complete with outdoor furniture where you can have your
morning coffee and just relax and read a book.   There is also a new gas grill for outdoor cooking enjoyment.
There are beach chairs, umbrellas,  and boogie boards for your use. The
Space Coast’s most beautiful beach is just a short walk away, accessed through the Villages of
Seaport private gate.
The Villages of Seaport complex also has many wonderful amenities including: 3 pools, an exercise
facility, along with tennis and racquetball courts. It also boasts 24 hour security with guard
gate. The lush tropical landscaped grounds are well maintained and make Villages of Seaport a
pleasant and beautiful place to visit and relax.

well as the seaside town of Cocoa Beach and the world famous Ron Jon store. For your convenience
the Beach Trolley (public transportation) stops about every 30 minutes at the front gate of the
Villages and will take you to all the nearby shopping and attractions.

Orlando International Airport is conveniently located (follow Beeline Hwy) and just 40 minutes
away. Orlando is home to Disney and Universal Studios Parks as well as countless attractions and
great shopping opportunities. The Kennedy Space Center is very close and you can enjoy a tour of
the Center and get close to the launch pads. If you enjoy the outdoors and Florida wildlife, nearby
is Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge with its countless hiking trails and beautiful wildlife.
Port Canaveral is a few blocks north of the complex and has Disney, Holland, Norwegian, RCI and
Carnival cruise lines as well as several Casino ships for your enjoyment. Nearby Jetty Park, a
short walk away, offers a fishing pier, picnic tables, and a beautiful beach. There are also many
water activities in the Cocoa and Cape Canaveral area on both the ocean side and the Banana River.
There is also the historic town of Cocoa with many quaint shops, restaurants, and a local
playhouse. You can keep busy with day activities or simply get a quiet lounge chair at one of the
pools.
