Vacation Rental Description

RiversPointe is a brand new, unique luxury development in the heart of downtown Estes Park. The  
RiversPointe downtown lofts offer the best of mountain and downtown living. Loft style condominiums  
are perched above the heart of this charming mountain town along the intimate Estes Park River Walk.  
Each unit features exposed beams, piping and ductwork, typical of lofts balanced with warm touches  
of hardwood floors, fir doors, rustic maple cabinets, granite counter tops and gorgeous tile. Each  
unit is individually designed to reflect the uniqueness of its owners. You can choose to enjoy the  
tranquil sounds and views of the river along the River Walk from your deck, or the bustle of  
downtown shops and galleries on main street and The Riverwalk.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Each high-end loft has soaring ceilings, a gas fireplace, one bedroom, one full bath with jetted  
tub, flat screen TV’s, DVD players, washer, dryer and an expanded and fully equipped galley kitchen  
complete with range/oven, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Each unit is air- 
conditioned, has ceiling fans, and a private deck over looking Fall River and the River Walk. An  
elevator is available in the building. Off street parking is available and during the summer month’s  
a free shuttle, with a pick up stop just outside the Lofts, is available so that you never need to  
use your car.

Activities and Attractions

With in walking distance from the Lofts are numerous restaurants, shops, and art galleries. There  
are many activities in the area including golf, tennis, fitness center/gym, spas, music venues,  
festivals, museums, movie theaters, and historic properties such as the grand Stanley Hotel. In  
Rocky Mountain National Park view the sights or the wildlife, or you can hike some 350 miles of  
hiking trails. Other year round outdoor activities in the area include bicycling, boating, fishing,  
horse-back riding, indoor/outdoor rock climbing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, and  
downhill skiing at Eldora Mountain Resort, just 45 minutes away.
