containers, etc.

Vacation Rental Rates

Sub Peak Season....April 1 - June 14.....................$2,000. per week  3 nite minimum 
PEAK SEASON........June 15 - August 16...................$2,500. per week  Sun-Sun preferred 
Sub Peak Season....August 17, 2008 - September 13, 2009..$2,000. per week  3 nite minimum 
Off Season.........September 14 - March 31, 2009.........$1,500. per week  3 nite minimum 
 
HOLIDAYS...........CALL FOR SPECIALS! 
$500 Refundable Deposit Required for all reservations 
Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) of 10.5% 
Rental of less than one week requires a $150 cleaning fee
