Turn of the century cottage restored with "California" flair. Open floor plan, with hardwood
and tile throughout. 2 blocks from charming Williams main street, restaurants, stores, lovely
sunset views of the town and starry skies at night.

Jacuzzi tub in largest bath. Comfortable beds with premium linens. Barbecue grill on
back deck. Sleeps up to six (sofa makes a double bed). Satellite TVs in main and larger
bedroom. Stereo/DVD/tape deck also available. Washer/Dryer, fully furnished kitchen
w/coffee maker, waffle iron etc.

It's a quick walk to the train depot for an entertaining ride to the Grand Canyon. Stroll the
streets and explore interesting shops. Find great meals at nearby restaurants. Nightly
gunfight play during the Summer season. Have adventure trips to the Hualapai, Havasupai,
Hopi and Navajo reservations nearby. Golf at Elephant Rocks 18 hole golf course April-
November. Reasonable greens fees,rental clubs, a fully supplied pro shop and lounge with
full bar! Hike the many trails and see our numerous high mountain lakes and Ponderosa
forests alive with Eagles, Hawks and many other bird varieties, as well as Elk, Deer,
Antelope, Coyotes and squirrels

1-3 adults 3 week days+: $130.00/night.
4-6 adults 3 week days+: $140.00/night.
Weekends and special holidays increase by $10.00/night.
Cleaning fee: $90.00 (non-refundable). May be increased if children are in the the party from $125 to $150 depending on number of children.

Key/damage deposit: $200.00 (100% refundable at end of stay).
Outside pets considered with extra fees (there is a fenced yard). Sorry, Owner has pet allergies. Pets if allowed must be outside only.
